Smuggling Techniques
When questioned about why smugglers utilize a method that is especially affected by weather factors rather than simpler to operate drones, representatives elaborated that "Weather devices are rudimentary tools used by illegal traders - they are more economical than drones for transporting cigarettes from Belarus."
Law Enforcement Objectives
Authorities continued that "Our services' aim is to seize the largest possible quantities of contraband and to apprehend coordinators and perpetrators so that this activity become not financially viable and do not pose risk to passenger aircraft."
